All orders placed through this website are pre-orders. Submitting an order form does not constitute a binding contract. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via SumUp payment link, which will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of order submission.
Order windows and delivery dates vary week by week based on availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule orders due to production limitations, ingredient availability or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery
We currently deliver across South East London. A delivery contribution of £2.00 applies to all home deliveries. Delivery areas are listed on our website and are subject to change. If we are unable to deliver to your postcode, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
As our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the agreed delivery day. We accept no liability for deterioration of products caused by failure to receive the order at the time of delivery.

5. Food Safety & Allergens
Miky Tiramisù products are produced in a home kitchen holding a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating from the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Our products contain eggs, milk (mascarpone) and gluten (savoiardi biscuits — wheat), and may contain traces of nuts. All products are alcohol-free and suitable for children.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances prior to placing an order. We cannot accept liability for allergic reactions arising from failure to disclose relevant allergy information.

6. Payment & Refunds
Payment is processed via SumUp. Orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in your order being cancelled.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been prepared and dispatched, except in the following circumstances: the product is not as described; the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery; we are unable to fulfil your order. In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at miky_tiramisu@outlook.com.
